CountrySmiths Ltd may at any time revise these Terms Of Purchase by updating this page without notice. By using this Store, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. It is advised that you periodically visit this page to view the current Terms Of Purchase.

Availability Of Goods

CountrySmiths Ltd endeavour to keep the Store up-to-date if and when products become out of stock.  However, if a product included in your order is not available we will inform you promptly with an indication of expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel and be refunded for that product or we can hold your order and arrange despatch as soon as the product becomes available.

Shortages Or Damages In Delivery

If you believe that there are shortages in the number of products contained in a delivery or if any damage has occurred to the product(s) in transit you must notify CountrySmiths Ltd by email at within 3 working days of receipt of the product(s).

Delay In Delivery

Whilst CountrySmiths Ltd endeavour to ensure despatch of all products within one working day by post or courier, CountrySmiths Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or consequence of non-delivery of any product(s) in your order howsoever caused.

Ownership Of The Goods

Ownership of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to the customer once the product(s) have been delivered and payment received and cleared in full.

Cancellation Of Order

Countrysmiths Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of product and delivery costs.  You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days following receipt and inspection of the product(s) – see Returns below.

Returns

CountrySmiths Ltd offer 30 days approval on product(s) purchased from our Store within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s). When inspecting or trying on a product(s) you should not soil the product, stretch the product, or force zips or fastenings as this may damage the product(s) and/or cause injury to you or your animals.

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify CountrySmiths Ltd by email at within 30 days of receipt of the product(s), stating your order number and indicating the reason for cancellation.  CountrySmiths Ltd will then instruct you as to where to send the product(s) to be returned. Any product(s) must then be returned unsoiled, un-used, in its original, re-saleable condition complete with its original packaging within 3 working days.

When returning a product(s) it is recommended that you use a reputable courier or Recorded Delivery covered by adequate insurance, based on the value of the products. CountrySmiths Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any products returned and not received unless a certificate of posting has been produced as proof of return of the product(s).

You shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product. Products found to be faulty or delivered in error will be exchanged or refunded at the purchase price including all delivery charges and return delivery charges will be reimbursed on production of a receipt for return postage. Products returned for any other reason will be refunded at the product purchase price excluding any delivery charges and return postage charges shall not be reimbursed.

Please Note: CountrySmiths Ltd will not refund or exchange soiled, marked, or misused products, including faulty products. Returned products deemed unclean or soiled will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost for cleaning before any return is accepted. The following products cannot be returned unless faulty: riding hats, personalised products, products made to individual requirements, sealed DVDs, CDs, videos, and computer software if the seal has been broken.

Collection Of Personal Information

CountrySmiths Ltd will collect personal data (your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you make a purchase from our store in order to process your order and communicate with you about your order.

Where a product ordered is to be despatched directly from a third party supplier your name, address and telephone number only will be passed to that supplier for the purposes of delivering your product.

CountrySmiths Ltd takes no responsibility for the misuse or quality of any product sold. In the event of injury or death caused to an individual, animal or property, queries should be directed to the manufacturer of the product.

Law & Jurisdiction

All goods are sold under English law and any disputes arising in connection with your purchase will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
